1 CORPORATE INFORMATION
1.1. The Terms and Conditions contained herein refer to and apply to every reservation made through the website www.asmanawellness.com. The reservation guarantees the entrance and the use of the services booked exclusively at Asmana Wellness World, Viale Allende 10, 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI), Italy. In this document, “You” or “Your” refers to the recipient of the services booked through the aforementioned site.
1.2. Asmana Wellness World is managed by Floriba S.r.l., with headquarters in via Michelucci 9, 50013 Campi Bisenzio (FI), Italy, REA number FI-634902, VAT number 06523800487. Floriba S.r.l. is the supplier and the company in charge of the services contained in the online booking, which is regulated by the following terms and conditions.
2. HOW TO BOOK A VISIT
2.1. It is possible to book access to Asmana Wellness World and the services it offers at www.asmanawellness.com.
2.2. Access to Asmana Wellness World is granted to persons aged 18 years or over.
2.3. It is mandatory to book at least 72 hours before the chosen date otherwise the reservation will not be accepted.
2.4. The booking guarantees entry to Asmana Wellness World exclusively on the date and at the time specified in the reservation and only for the number of persons included in the booking.
2.5. After the booking, the purchaser shall receive a confirmation e-mail with an attached document summarizing the booked goods and services.
2.6. In order to gain access to the facility, a copy of the aforementioned document must be shown at the reception, either in hard copy or electronically.
2.7. Reservations may be cancelled without notice in the event that these terms and conditions have not been complied with, or if there is good reason to believe that the reservation has been made for the purpose of carrying out fraudulent or illegal activities.
2.8. In any case, customers accessing Asmana Wellness World will be required to comply with the regulations that can be consulted at the following link: https://www.asmana.it/regolamento/.
3.1. During the online booking, you will be asked for your credit card details to guarantee payment and confirm the booking. By entering your credit card details, you simultaneously accept these terms and conditions.
3.2. The actual payment will take place at the reception of Asmana Wellness World, and it can be made with the same credit card used at the time of booking or with other payment methods accepted at the establishment.
3.3. You can request an invoice at the time of payment by providing your details as required by current tax regulations.
3.4. In the event that the client does not arrive at Asmana Wellness World on the date of the reservation and in accordance to the terms and conditions set out below, Floriba S.r.l. reserves the right to charge 30€ per person on the credit card left as a guarantee of payment during the online booking, within 14 days from the booked date.
4.1. Cancellation is free of charge until 48 hours before the booking. Should the cancellation be communicated after the aforementioned deadline, Floriba srl will charge on the credit card a cancellation fee of €30 per person.
4.2. In order to request a cancellation, it is necessary to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The email must contain the booking reference number written in the booking summary document and it should be requested by using the same email address used during the online booking.
5. CHANGING THE BOOKING
5.1 It is not possible to change the booking made on the website (be it services, date or selected time slot).
5.2 If you wish to change a booking, you must request the cancellation of the booking you have already made as described in Section 4. Only after the cancellation of your previous booking it is possible to make a new reservation.
6.1 It is possible to book a transfer from Florence (the address will be specified during the booking process) to Asmana Wellness World, and vice versa by selecting the package that includes the transfer service. Reservation can be made only at www.asmanawellness.com
6.2 The booking is valid exclusively for the time and date chosen and for the number of people included in the booking.
6.3 The transfer service is included in a package and is reserved only for those who have bought the aforementioned package. Therefore, it is possible to book the transfer separately from the other services included in the package.
6.4 You must arrive 15 minutes before the departure time at the meeting point which will be communicated by email after the booking.
6.5 In order to access the transfer service, you must present to the driver a copy of the booking indicating the booked date, the chosen transfer time and the number of people included in the reservation.
6.6 If the purchaser does not show up at the meeting point on time, they will not be able to use the next transfer service.
6.7 In the event that the purchaser does not show up at the specified time, Asmana assumes no liability and reserves the right to charge the credit card for the penalty as described in Section 3.4.
7. CUSTOMER SERVICE – CONTACTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE
7.1 Any booking-related enquiry should be sent by email to email@example.com. The aforementioned email address shall be used for any contact as well as for any general clarification regarding these Terms and Conditions.
7.2 For any complaints regarding the booking, the customer service department must be contacted at the above-mentioned email address, explaining the reason for the complaint. Floriba S.r.l. will proceed to carry out an investigation in accordance with the Internal Complaints Procedure in good faith and commercial fairness. Once the aforementioned investigation has been carried out, Floriba S.r.l. will send a reply to the e-mail address indicated in the booking within 60 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.
8. PERSONAL DATA
8.2 Floriba S.r.l. is to be considered a “Data Controller” in the process of collecting personal information. Floriba S.r.l. does not assume any responsibility for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data registered.
8.3 Your personal data will be processed by the organizations described in point 1 of this document for the purpose of managing your booking and in order to provide the requested services. In order to provide customer care services, Floriba S.r.l. reserves the right to use the assistance of data processors.
8.4 In the absence of authorization, your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes, nor will it be shared with third parties outside the booking process.
