2.1.<\/strong> \u00c8 possibile prenotare l\u2019accesso ad Asmana Wellness World ed i servizi dalla stessa offerti al pubblico sul sito www.asmanawellness.com.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.2.<\/strong> L\u2019accesso ad Asmana Wellness World \u00e8 consentito a chi abbia compiuto 18 anni di et\u00e0. Lo stesso dicasi per poter procedere alla relativa prenotazione.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.3.<\/strong> Saranno accettate esclusivamente prenotazioni effettuate entro la mezzanotte del giorno precedente alla data prenotata per l\u2019accesso alla struttura.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.4.<\/strong> La prenotazione garantisce l\u2019ingresso ad Asmana Wellness World esclusivamente alla data e nella fascia oraria ivi indicate e solo per il numero di persone in essa riportati.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.5.<\/strong> A seguito della prenotazione l\u2019acquirente ricever\u00e0 un\u2019e-mail di conferma con allegato il documento riepilogativo dei beni e servizi prenotati.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.6.<\/strong> Per accedere alla struttura dovr\u00e0 essere mostrata alla cassa una copia del documento riepilogativo di cui sopra, vuoi in forma cartacea od elettronica.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.7.<\/strong> La prenotazione potr\u00e0 essere annullata senza preavviso nell\u2019ipotesi in cui non siano stati rispettati i presenti Termini e Condizioni, ovvero vi sia fondato motivo di ritenere che la stessa sia finalizzata al compimento di attivit\u00e0 fraudolente o illegali.<\/span><\/p>\n 2.8.<\/strong> In ogni caso i clienti, accedendo ad Asmana Wellness World, saranno tenuti al rispetto del regolamento consultabile al seguente link:<\/span>https:\/\/www.asmana.it\/regolamento\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n 3.1.<\/strong> In fase di prenotazione sul sito www.asmanawellness.com,<\/a> verr\u00e0 richiesto il pagamento totale dei servizi prenotati. L\u2019esecuzione del pagamento comporta la contestuale accettazione dei presenti termini e condizioni.<\/span><\/p>\n 3.2.<\/strong> \u00c8 possibile richiedere fattura al momento dell\u2019accesso in cassa, fornendo i propri dati come previsto dalla vigente normativa in materia fiscale.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n 4.1.<\/strong>\u00c8 consentita la cancellazione ed il rimborso della prenotazione, entro la data scelta per l\u2019ingresso ad Asmana Wellness World. Qualora fosse stato acquistato il pacchetto con transfer, la richiesta di rimborso dovr\u00e0 prevenire prima dell\u2019orario di partenza. <\/span><\/p>\n 4.2.<\/strong> Per richiedere la cancellazione ed il rimborso di una prenotazione \u00e8 sufficiente inviare una email reservations@asmana.it<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.3.<\/strong> L\u2019email di richiesta deve contenere il numero di prenotazione di riferimento, riportato nel documento riepilogativo della stessa, e deve essere inviata, curando di utilizzare lo stesso indirizzo email indicato in fase di richiesta.<\/span><\/p>\n 4.4.<\/strong> Il rimborso sar\u00e0 effettuato mediante restituzione dei fondi effettivamente versati per il pagamento originale della prenotazione sul metodo di pagamento utilizzato per il saldo dell\u2019ordine. A titolo esplicativo, se la prenotazione \u00e8 stata pagata con carta di credito, l\u2019importo verr\u00e0 riaccreditato sulla stessa carta di credito.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n 5.1.<\/strong> Non sar\u00e0 possibile modificare direttamente sul sito i termini della prenotazione, nonch\u00e9 la data o l\u2019orario ivi indicato.<\/span><\/p>\n 5.2.<\/strong> Qualora si volesse modificare una prenotazione occorrer\u00e0 richiedere la cancellazione della prenotazione gi\u00e0 effettuata secondo le modalit\u00e0 descritte al punto 4. La prenotazione \u00e8 valida esclusivamente per l\u2019orario e per la data scelti, nonch\u00e9 per il numero di persone indicate nella prenotazione e potr\u00e0 avvenire esclusivamente sul sito www.asmanawellness.com<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.3.<\/strong> \u00c8 necessario presentarsi 15 minuti prima dell\u2019orario di partenza al punto di ritrovo situato in Piazzale Montelungo – Firenze. Il servizio viene effettuato tramite gli autobus I Gigli shopping bus. <\/span><\/p>\n 6.4.<\/strong> Per accedere alla navetta sar\u00e0 necessario presentare al conducente del mezzo una copia del documento riepilogativo in formato cartaceo od elettronico con l\u2019indicazione della data prenotata, dell\u2019orario della navetta scelto e il numero di persone che hanno prenotato.<\/span><\/p>\n 6.5.<\/strong> Nel caso in cui l\u2019acquirente non si presentasse in orario nel punto di ritrovo, non potr\u00e0 usufruire della corsa successiva. <\/span><\/p>\n 6.6.<\/strong>Asmana non si assume responsabilit\u00e0 nel caso in cui l\u2019acquirente non si presentasse all\u2019orario indicato e il cliente non potr\u00e0 richiedere il rimborso della prenotazione come descritto al comma 4.1.<\/span><\/p>\n [\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.27.0″ background_size=”initial” background_position=”top_left” background_repeat=”repeat” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]<\/p>\n 7.1<\/strong> Ogni specifica richiesta relativa alla prenotazione dovr\u00e0 essere inviata a mezzo e-mail all\u2019indirizzo reservations@asmana.it<\/a>, indirizzo che dovr\u00e0 essere utilizzato per ogni contatto nonch\u00e9, in generale, per qualsiasi chiarimento relativo ai presenti Termini e Condizioni.<\/p>\n 7.2<\/strong> Per qualsiasi reclamo relativo alla prenotazione dovr\u00e0 essere contattato il servizio assistenza clienti all\u2019indirizzo email sopra riportato, illustrando il motivo del reclamo. Procederemo ad effettuare un\u2019indagine in conformit\u00e0 con la Procedura di Reclami Interni e comunque con la massima buona fede e correttezza commerciale. 3 PAYMENT<\/h3>
3.2. The actual payment will take place at the reception of Asmana Wellness World, and it can be made with the same credit card used at the time of booking or with other payment methods accepted at the establishment.
3.3. You can request an invoice at the time of payment by providing your details as required by current tax regulations.
3.4. In the event that the client does not arrive at Asmana Wellness World on the date of the reservation and in accordance to the terms and conditions set out below, Floriba s.r.l. reserves the right to charge 30\u20ac per person on the credit card left as a guarantee of payment during the online booking, within 14 days from the booked date.<\/p>4 CANCELLATION<\/h3>
4.2. In order to request a cancellation, it is necessary to send an email to reservations@asmana.it<\/a>. The email must contain the booking reference number written in the booking summary document and it should be requested by using the same email address used during the online booking.<\/p>5 CHANGING THE BOOKING<\/h3>
5.2 If you wish to change a booking, you must request the cancellation of the booking you have already made as described in Section 4. Only after the cancellation of your previous booking it is possible to make a new reservation.<\/p>6 TRANSPORT SERVICE<\/h3>
6.2 The booking is valid exclusively for the time and date chosen and for the number of people included in the booking.
6.3 The shuttle service is included in a package and it is reserved for those who have bought the aforementioned package. Therefore, it will not be possible to book the shuttle separately from the other services included in the package.
6.4 You must arrive 15 minutes before the departure time at the meeting point which will be communicated by email after the booking.
6.5 In order to gain access to the shuttle service, you must present to the driver a copy of the summary document indicating the booked date, the chosen shuttle time and the number of people included in the reservation.
6.6 If the purchaser does not show up at the meeting point on time, he will not be able to use the next shuttle.
6.7 Asmana assumes no liability in the event that the purchaser does not show up at the specified time and reserves the right to charge on the credit card the penalty as described in Section 3.4.<\/p>7 CUSTOMER SERVICE - CONTACTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND CORRESPONDENCE<\/h3>
7.2 For any complaints regarding the booking, the customer service department must be contacted at the above-mentioned email address, explaining the reason for the complaint. Floriba s.r.l. will proceed to carry out an investigation in accordance with the Internal Complaints Procedure and in any case with the utmost good faith and commercial fairness. Once the aforementioned investigation has been carried out Floriba s.r.l. will send the relative reply to the e-mail address indicated in the booking, within 60 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.<\/p>8 PERSONAL DATA<\/h3>
8.2 Floriba s.r.l. is to be considered a \"Data Controller\"; in the process of collecting personal information. Floriba s.r.l. does not assume any responsibility for the truthfulness and accuracy of the personal data registered.

In order to provide customer care services, Floriba s.r.l. reserves the right to use the assistance of data processors.
8.4 In the absence of authorization, your personal data will not be used for marketing purposes, nor will it be shared with third parties outside the booking process.
